Build your own table
‘Build your own table’ is Dan and Tom’s answer to waiting for an invitation. They discuss leadership, community, public speaking and the invisible work required to create the room you wish already existed.
Building the table means accepting responsibility for the structure, then making it easier for other people to take a seat and contribute.
The useful bits
What to take with you
- If the room you need does not exist, begin with the smallest version you can host.
- Leadership includes unglamorous preparation that participants may never see.
- Create clear ways for other people to contribute rather than centring every task on yourself.
- Recognise private progress when public recognition has not yet arrived.

Something so it just kicks in right at that point yeah I was I was going to come in with like an intro line today we bring you light and dark the good and bad side the the angel and devil version I feel like I should be wearing this the whole time the Sith Lord versus the Jedi Knight yeah so welcome to another episode I'm glad that you've allowed us to put ourselves in your ears or in your eyeballs um that.
You're watching as a fresh today Tom I have a hot take basically uh cut like 20 minutes ago or maybe 30 minutes ago I was chatting with camera about something and basically she said um you know it's kind of like build your own table and I was like that's a great line I really like build your own table now what does build your own table mean basically in life if you never get that foot up if you never get that promotion.
If you never get that um moment to speak on stage if you never get called up um and you're frustrated at that not because hey I was here two days ago you should have asked me to speak if you never get that moment and you've been there we're talking about though for for those of you that have been somewhere for a long time like years years at something and you you've kind of been committed you've been loyal you've shown.
All the characteristics you're not a crazy person you're not going to manipulate a moment or you know say something outlandish in a moment maybe you will I don't know but basically if you're not being invited to that table whatever that table is then you should build your own and start inviting people that are over on that table to your table now a real life example of this is um Kim Kardashian she basically never used to get invited on.
To um to do like runways or like modeling shoots or I think it was runways in particular um you should never get invited but all these other famous models would get invited so what she decided to do is create her own business um called skims which is basically like tightly fitted um kind of like clothing or I think it's all the way to underwear to clothing um or shapewear I think it's called and basically invited those famous models that were basically at that other.
Table to come and model for her so I'm like that's great now the discussion is at what point should you build your own table because you've basically not been invited anywhere out of a true like Justified reason versus oh it's just because you're not getting your own way right so how does somebody know that because I I would be like really if those frustrations I I would say my like stabbing the dark would be if those frustrations have been prolonged as in.
Like they've continued and continued and continued and it's matched in with some disappointment of like oh it could have happened but it didn't happen or like they promised something but then they never did promote me or something like that then I mean and then I think building your own table is Justified and also you can build your own table without of even the need of somebody of like inviting you to your table to begin with right you might never have been.
Asked anyway and at some point you might want to build your own table AKA I have decided to build my own business AKA my own table and I thought the table analogy is great because as hammers the Hammers that we are we should go and find like build our own table and not be opening a door for somebody else or or be that doorstop for somebody else or be used in that circumstance so it's like actually like how do you know that.
You need to build your own table in this instance right now and you know that it's not selfish because of and what is X like how do you determine that being pushed to build your own table in this season or for this next season how can you tell that's not a selfish thing to do go I think I think it'd be quite hard to Define it but probably the closest thing that I could say is if you want.
I guess it all depends on the end race of once you've built that table is it you want to hurt the other person on the other table so you're not going to invite them is it you want them to say oh it's amazing I thought you were going to do it anyway or some made up BS um or is it point from a point of rage and fury for a individual rather than the joy of creating a table for an.
Audience or a community or to advance technology if it's more for the industry or item that you're thinking of and that's the thing driving you fair enough if it's just in spite of this group of people because I want them to suffer because I'm not going to invite them into our group and isolate them then the worst case is is you're building that industry that then that person might change industry or maybe passes away but then you don't get a leg up on.
Them that then you're trying to get that leg up that you'll that might never come so so let's let's there's a great point so let's take them a bit by bit so basically the the first one that jumped out is basically this is the intentions right of why are you building this table are you building this table to turn back to the other table and say ha screw you and I think you're right if if basically you're doing something in hope that one.
Day you will turn back to that group of people or individual or business or client or whatever and say ah screw you a lot of the time you never get the satisfaction because that person or group literally are not thinking about you yeah so so you never get that that doesn't that's like an empty driver because you'll never get the validation that you that you want from that group and that like the fictitious thing the fictitious Narrative of that.
Group saying like ah Woe Is Us we've lost a good egg right we oh we've lost like oh please come back to our table you know so I think you're right you definitely shouldn't do something with the wrong intentions and then specifically the intention of one day saying like screw you I managed to succeed despite not being invited or not being kind of like yeah not being invited to to kind of like speak or be at that table right so let's go through.
The the other one so basically it's the intentions of doing something in hope that you can be like ha told you so that's going to be empty so don't do it or you can do it but it won't be fulfilling yes it's one of those things because if you tell someone don't do it they just want to do it so you can do it but here's the ending and what it will look like yeah there was a book that I.
Was reading that broadly speaking in business like you could focus on competition right did you read it or did you listen to it I listen to it what did I say I read this book yeah I read this book which didn't sound like you well I was I was I was a team you need to be authentic done yeah I listened to this book yeah it's because it's like a it's just a book just here So I listened and some people would be.
Like I watched a book I listened to a book that said broadly speaking in business you should not bother like focusing on competition because it's literally going to like erode you away it's better to focus on innovation and I guess I think in this case like okay you're not being invited to the competition you're not being invited to the table don't Focus necessarily on creating a table as a competition because that is just not like the intentions and the root of that is not.
Going to be as fruitful as if you were just to focus on innovating with what you have over here on this table that you're putting together you know and I think that's again a healthier like remit so don't go and try to compete go to innovate and that that's like a good way to go and build your own table right innovation hmm I guess being The Devil's Advocate wouldn't Innovation erode your brain because you feel like you're not.
Creating another brand that's competing with someone else it's like creating a car that's already there it depends if um it depends if you think as of innovation as something that's already been completed like Innovation is endless um history has shown us that Innovation is endless in the sense of they probably did think about driving cars but maybe didn't know how that would work or you know airplanes back when there were no airplanes or you know any sort of like.
The internet they thought that was going to disappear you know any sort of like Innovation that there's just ample room for innovation and I I think in some ways that you'll always have it doesn't necessarily mean need to be innovation in creating something new it could be just a different grouping together of existing ideas and you're ordering it as like rather than them doing it one two three you're actually doing three two one and that's an innovation right reordering.
Something can be an innovation um because like a burger literally a burger predominantly is the same ingredients but why do we have so many different Burger chains yes sometimes different ingredients but really it's innovating in the way that you know they cook the meat or innovating in the way that they do the bread or innovating the way that they do the salad but broadly speaking it's it's the same like raw materials of sorts well maybe not but yeah broadly hopefully not too.
Raw you know what I'm going back to the um this is a side thing but um when they said that Ikea meatballs were horse meat I literally called it as in before they said you know all the scandal of like hey you've been eating horse meat I was like I bet Ikea meatballs are horse meat and then later down the line you found out that Ikea meatballs a horse meat and the only reason why I'm bringing it back.
Here is because I was at Ikea just 20 minutes ago so that's all and police sponsors so yeah let's go through the other one so basically one if you're not getting your break build your own table but when you're building your own table focus on Innovation and Innovation doesn't need to be creating something from scratch it could be just a a different order to the same things and also don't build your own table out of spite out of I'll show you because.
That's just gonna you'll get to that moment where your AKA bigger than them or better than them or more accolades and it will literally be empty so it won't work like I was watching again um I was watching this time on Netflix there's a recent documentary about Jonah Hill um the guy said I was reading Netflix yeah I was reading the Netflix um about Jonah Hill I think it's Jonah Hill is it Jonah Hill okay the guy from.
Moneyball and um thing well forget his first name definitely Jonah he basically is interviewing the comments yeah he will hear this for years like you've done that wrong seven years ago um he basically was interviewing his therapist and I literally can't remember the point I was gonna make oh what was I talking about it's because we had too many side cuts oh cut back up what was that too many right turnings that would do yeah too many right turns.
I've crashed the car the steering wheel's falling off this is why I don't want to add any of this out to tell you that it's literally fine to I don't know it's publicly seen doing and publishingly scene failing yeah Innovation I I can't remember oh that was it yes basically he thought he's gonna he was bullied when he was younger because he was overweight he thought when I basically become famous which he then did he's like when he's famous like.
I'll get all these Awards right and that'll show them like I'll get all these Awards and that'll be the satisfaction for myself to be like ha like I made it basically as soon as you got all those rewards he was getting more hate more public pain and also he realized himself that actually didn't satisfy and really it's about the the kind of the relationship that he had with his his kind of like past self he just needed to kind of like.
Hug that person um so yeah I I think again making sure that you don't do it in spite of something but I definitely think that there's there's times to build your own table so like what other times that you should build your table or shouldn't build your own table or the intentions of building your own table I think Jess if you've got the passion for it if you've got the enthusiasm because even if you start it off maybe you just create the.
Legs and someone else creates sort of the main bit to be fair that you start off the Legacy or equally it competitor might kick in because if your focus is on the the product and Innovation and moving forward as a industry rather than the the Practical elements of oh you'd love to make loads of money off it or become famous or whatever then the product slash industry wins overall um but obviously if he focuses on finances and money it can be quite tough.
Because then obviously do you do ndas do you not bring people in because you're too scared but actually you need people because you don't know how to get it to from an idea to building a prototype or whatever and then it becomes quite muddy quite quickly and then you just get stuck to or what's the point of doing anything if you're just going to get stuck in the ideas phase and it's not actually going to get produced to even.
See if it makes money but yeah I I think as you're saying like I was thinking about my journey of making my own table so I'll be super vulnerable and just explain situations in my life where I think I've built my own table so one building my own company and I think the reason why I did that is because basically I always wanted to own my own table it was just a thing that was ingrained it wasn't out of spite.
It wasn't because I had this like uh complex around and better than everybody else it was just I've always wanted my own thing just to see what that's like now interestingly people probably know that I've called it Ryland and Rylan Consulting is the limited name I remember when I had my coaching basically he was like you might want to like reconsider it being called Ryland because when you uh have employees they might not be able to like um join into.
The vision of what this is because it's named after you and that might be arrogant right completely valid but I feel like the reason why I call it Ryland is actually um because if I fail it's my name right so I'm actually putting my name on the line to this commitment of I'm I um there's actually an advert like we so believe we we think it's so good that we put our name on it I'm not sure who that is right but like that is.
A like a historic thing of like if this fails this will fail with the word or not if like it won't fail but like failure happens it would be associated with the word Ryland right so I'm willing to risk that being a possibility whereas I mean if you took like top man you have no idea who there's no Mr top man you know it probably is but like you don't know who Topman is you don't know who like any of those companies any of.
Those companies are so I feel like it to some extent I've named it myself because I feel like I'll be more committed to it almost and it's kind of like I know I'm gonna work late hours because I work late hours for these other people so I'm willing to put in the work and if it fails it's got my name on it so surely that means I'm going to work hard and to mean that it won't fail because if it.
Was called you know dog and bone if dog and bone fails no one will know who ran dog and bone right just Rebrand for bone and dog yeah like no one will know um so I think for me that's I think that was literally like it was in me it was not malicious and it just the all I needed was the confidence for someone to say you can actually build your own table kind of thing and I'm like oh cool because that aligned I've.
Wanted to but I'm not sure if I can and then I think the second thing um is about like public speaking stuff I feel like and I guess this is like two contacts professionally people want you to come and public speak because they think you're good and I don't think I've ever been at that level one I don't have enough public stuff out there for people to see that um but you hope that someone will invite you to an event to speak or something.
Right because that's the like the quote-unquote done thing or you know someone will know that you've been loyal to a particular group let's say church right you've been going to church for years and you hope that again I love public speaking in the sense of I like communicating to help people and that to me fits quite nicely with being a pastor of sorts and it happens to be like the public aspect of that although I know you can be a private Pastor right in.
One-to-ones so again I think I felt like oh I've not been given my break and I definitely know that that is you're drummed into this idea of like if you're not progressing then you're stagnating especially with something like a religious kind of like hierarchy or like a organization hierarchy of some sorts um so I think building my own table to some extent has been I've paid for my own table right so one example of that is this Ryland Consulting prize one I.
Truly truly want to give back and I truly believe that doing business is and a tool to enable greater impact in things like education and I believe education is like if you can suss that thing out then the rest of stuff figures itself out right as like my particular Focus or my passion so in some ways doing this prize with Nottingham Trend nothing I'm trying to like oh now you can come and speak now now we'll give you that that table because.
I've kind of orchestrated it to happen now I think I'm okay with that because broadly speaking I want to do good but really you can pay for your own table and someone some psychologist would probably be like there's some deep-rooted like need of approval there which there probably is because I definitely know like I've chatted before and like shared before that I'm somebody that needs lots of encouragement you know and and I do value other people's opinions even though I'd love it if I.
Didn't care but that's just not the case and I think that's the same jump again to leading a community of people annoyingly I've seen like speaking in front of 30 40 people as something that I should be like wanting to seek after or like go for um one because I think I'm kind of like okay at it and I I want to do it to help people um and if nobody says hey come and speak at my event well what do you do you.
Start a podcast so again I've I've made a table which is a podcast which is a platform to share these ideas um which again is in the hope of helping people um but I recognize nobody else was giving me a a platform to like hey come and speak over here because we we think you've got some good ideas like come come and share those ideas here so I'm like I think the podcast one again it's satisfying me because I feel like these.
Associated with talents as in I I feel like I have a talent of some sorts and I need to duplicate that Talent or use the talent and if it's not being used I feel like us it's like personally irritating so in doing a podcast that's kind of me using the talent and again someone might be like like I I think I'm kind of okay with it because I'm I'm really enjoying doing this like I think this project as.
It were of doing a podcast has been the most kind of enjoyable thing from a sense of like come there's always new material I want to record more than I than I have or like I want to record him tomorrow I want to run record in like two hours time or whatever you know there's like this real drive and of course those drives can be like X Factor drives and yeah yeah whatever see you in three months time will you still be as.
Passionate I completely get that but I think for some reason there is a different energy in the sustainability of this because it's like enjoyable and fun so it doesn't feel like work this is just me and you talking and it happens to be that 10 000 people are listening in you know is that is that feel but what what'd you pick out of that stuff and maybe you want to share so so that's a bit vulnerable like you you might say.
Dan's got a complex around you know not getting approval so he's created his own approval completely valid completely valid but actually I think I've balanced myself out in like the intention really is because I want to do good yeah so do you feel like you've got moments like that or had moments like that or any thoughts on what I should um I think for me it was I remember when I was it must have been around 11 to 13 age.
Group setting whatever and I remember playing a lot of football a lot of hockey and I would love to play for my country and I was like it'll be easier to do it for hockey than football because I know how difficult it is even I didn't realize how difficult it would be for hockey either but as a kid you do a pipeline dream and you you keep towards it and I think it is that yeah I think a lot of people tend to to be.
Competitive for someone else I think I was always competitive against myself of thinking if I if I think I could do that um I've learned to to add boundaries to those thoughts as a as an adult because you don't always take into the consideration that the finance the cost the time the the socials that you might miss out and you don't tend to frame it in a achievable way you'll just run at it as if you're trying to run into a.
Brick wall and just keep doing it and actually the the hardship builds up um and then can bleed as late as times go on because I I know like one of my goals is I'd love to play for Commonwealth and the one that passed him the one in Birmingham in the in the summer is like that was really tough to watch or to hear about it because I played with some of those hockey guys and I wasn't quite good enough.
And if it's a situation I come from a normally a poorer background and normally started off in a a hockey team look like lower down in the leagues people used to join teams that were their first team was prayer more national league and would just work their way up the club and sort of hop clubs to have that opportunity um but that's the thing when you're a kid you do a pipeline dream that you think everything's straightforward and.
People are there to help you um and people want you to achieve but then you bump into other people that are trying to get into that team and an ultra competitive that might have more money more time more experience um so then it does become quite tough when you don't always take into consideration your mental emotional health or how it's impacting your life because I remember the amount of times I used to do a lot of whales training in the summer so I wouldn't.
Really have a summer I would pretty much save to spend most of my money on trains to get down there to have super cheap accommodation or try and get to know someone to stay over and literally travel on the Friday night maybe even Saturday morning train Saturday Sunday and then travel all the way back and actually it made me miss out on a lot of parties social events just even just relaxing with friends because obviously everyone's in a a chilled headspace.
During the summer of if it's uni times or or if it's school or whatever and it does feel like there's a strange when I look back at it sometimes there's a tinge of well hockey sort of half stole that element because really I went down there to train and because everyone knew each other because I was trying to get into an already more team A lot of times straight after training I would walk into Cardiff on my own have food on my.
Own go back to the hotel watch TV on my own wake up the next day train with everyone do the same thing and then get the train away and it's there going it's really interesting going even I was pushing for a dream and I really wanted to do it um actually how much now looking back at it how much isolation it brought and also self dependency that that is a vehicle that is great for Seasons but then when it comes to let's.
Say I got married two years ago trying to be self-dependent doesn't work like because you're in a you're rolling a boat with two of you and it's fascinating how I would naturally lean towards taking control of the boat on my own and even if it's going alone or dragging someone with me and knowing well this is the root and this is how I do it I think that's my coping mechanism of I don't know slightly dis disassociating and powering through.
Because that is my dream and that's what I want to do rather than re-evaluating re-look looking at what's your Finance looking what is this looking like why do you actually want to do it um back then it was just a pipeline dream it wasn't necessarily for anyone it's probably just for myself but now I when I'm I took a break from hockey and it's quite nice but it's like actually I've learned I'd really love to build businesses to buy people's debt because.
I love the sort of helping people and I knew that hockey wasn't doing that because I didn't feel like I got to know anyone in those sort of whale squads well enough to encourage or help if anything it felt very isolating that it's just um affected probably the way that I connect to people moving forward that I'm learning as I'm more self-reflective getting older yeah and I think um I appreciate you sharing all that stuff I I think what's.
Fascinating is like it feels like you were trying to get to that whales table and let's specifically say the Wales senior men's Squad and basically you're kind of really putting yourself through the paces and obviously you've got to the Mix Squad and you captained the Mix Squad which is awesome and that table doesn't feel as good because really you were aiming for this other table right you're really aiming for the Mixed uh sorry the senior men's Squad and just you know.
Getting kind of like the next table down just doesn't feel as satisfying and actually it's super fascinating because again I've been saying about I wasn't invited to the table so I built my own table but what happens if you never actually got to the moment of building your own table because you're still trying to get to the first table that can be so like crushing and like so like sapping of energy emotional energy and physical energy in trying to attempt.
To do that and I guess in in some ways obviously wisdom of being older is is super helpful but what would have been the advice to the like the younger version of you like was it the right table to aim for um because again I think there's nothing wrong in doing it and it not working out it's whether or not again when it doesn't work out in the way that you want it to work out what's the like the.
Downfall like how hard therefore will you be on yourself um to be like Oh I'm really bad or like how like uh negative and in inward would would you be if you don't get to that thing you know I think that's a thing for sport for me it was a Copa mechanism from school being dyslexic I struggled in school I was only probably good at maths and sports um in primary school before Secondary School you get like seeded like woodwork.
Or art or more things like that that you explore a bit more um in primary school I don't really remember that I just from the sports or doing math um and that's the thing it's a coping mechanism that then if you feel like you're rubbish at school and great at sports you're like why don't I double down on this because when you win it feels good so you double down on that win and then the more that you win the.
More that you feel like you've got more bringing to the table but that's the thing it it your worth then is associated to medals rather than to connection or something on a greater level but obviously as a child you don't always understand that or get that but then as you get older and you're not winning trophies week in week out because naturally as kids you tend to get loads stars stars stars trophies like even just being in school for the whole year and.
Not being ill or whatever you get all these participation trophies or winning trophies or running up trophies and that's the thing is instantly you leave maybe even University it's a lot more stagnant when you get that and that's the thing is either you need to create an environment that celebrates you um or get to know someone that celebrates you or you need to celebrate yourself because a lot of the time 90 of the stuff that's actually really good.
That you're doing are the hard decisions or the late nights or people aren't there to see it and it's trying to encourage yourself to to keep going or or or tap yourself on the back that you've achieved I don't know completing some task or some project that you've innovated that you that might change the way that people view a certain technology or whatever yeah I think um celebrating effort over outcome is super super difficult but sometimes it's a better balance.
Because actually if you're focused on the outcome the effort required feels harder because you're waiting for that outcome like dopamine kind of like pump of like good feeling of the outcome um and I also think like going back to the distinction of like like the intentions the intentions of like how like I Told You So or whatever from an external party but actually what you might be doing as well is doing it for yourself as in like oh I will feel.
Better when I've done this but actually it's not as fulfilling as I thought you know I'll be I'll feel better when I get that gold medal or feel better when I get that award or that promotion or whatever like that's all I need to feel better and actually that kind of misses the mark so it's not only just an outward thing of somebody else's opinion but it's actually your own opinion of yourself that needs to be read or like just analyzed before you.
Start building your table because again when you start building your own table it's freaking tough like it's it's hard it's it's lonely and a lot of the time you can't necessarily discuss the the same contextual pressures because other people have got their own pressures and also it's the unique kind of like grouping of this pressure because it's very much like you know the opinions of others or Perfection or whatever is like crushing you therefore you can't output or you can't sell that product or you're.
Really struggling to get new clients which is a little bit different than if you were in a conventional career where where like it's not so bad if if you don't get you know X and Y because you know I'll still be here next month whereas a like there's much more um there's bigger like chasms reward yeah yeah yeah for sure for sure yeah it it's it's challenging it's challenging it's really challenging another thing um so I'll be releasing in the next couple.
Of days hopefully um a book that I've created and designed which is kind of cool and again I guess actually I've been reminded about this because this kind of another table that I'm building and I'm not sure if it's a table as such but if it's like in building another table you'll be or building your own table you basically become less dependent on asking somebody else to build a table for you and in life um life is about collaboration and it is.
About Community but there are some moments where you want to go fast therefore you have to go alone um which is different to the kind of like if you want to go um I want to go slow you go together what's what's the thing far yeah that's the one if you want to go slow go together go Pasco solo yeah if you want to go far go together if you want to go fast go alone now for me I've always had.
A bit of a problem with that because I feel like it's not as clean cut it's not as black as black and white um with that because actually there's this idea of pioneers and sometimes you want someone to go fast and at particular distance to then switch over to the group because the group is now convinced oh yes we will go over there because you've like pioneered some way so I basically come up with three ideas three characters.
Um and I'm writing it as like a Welsh book and an English book and what I've done is you'll see it hopefully when I release it I'll I'll link it up you'll see how simple that I've that I've done it and put it together um because I I basically was struggling to kind of like pull together a like a A or find an animator that would fit into this remit of wanting to do it in this way with.
This kind of like velocity and speed in this kind of iteration and stuff um so I've decided to draw it myself as well which is fascinating because in some ways I think sometimes like you said build the first table it just about holds together and then the second table will be better like it'll be V2 so sometimes it's not about even saying well the only reason why I'll build my own table is if it's on par or better.
Actually it doesn't need to be on par or better it just needs to be your table you know or your Arrangement and then the second version of the table can always be better so I um chatted to Dad about it and um he was like I was like oh well I kind of want an editor because I don't feel great at language I kind of want an Editor to go through it just beforehand and I'm wondering whether or.
Not I color in the photos or something because you'll as you'll see it's like black and white and it's just outline drawings and like conceptual drawings and he was like no don't do that literally just release this one and focus on doing more books rather than perfecting the first book and I'm like oh this is funny I feel like that is me talking to myself because that's literally what I would say to somebody else but like don't focus on the.
Perfection focus on progress right and I think I'm super excited to do that because um you build a table you realize actually this table isn't that great you want to build a second table now the first table for me was service based business it's great but it's a little bit wonky it doesn't quite fit in this room you know I've actually had a better idea for a different table and that different table is product this table now is the.
Better table because actually it you can sit more people around the table as it were and then I'm like actually this table doesn't work either I want a third table because we don't have a table in the lounge so this third table is intellectual property this table is is the one table I'm doing which is basically these pokemon-esque characters I always do this a lot don't I they're swinging up Pokemon ask characters um that I want to build into life.
Lessons into books again it's about trying to leak out um this kind of like knowledge and stories and and kind of encouragement and produce books and stuff for kids to read so then they can get that encouragement um because I think we're kind of like um Bottomless Pits when it comes to encouragement you can never be over encouraged will you I don't think personally um and it would be better to be over encouraged and have this delusion of.
Self-belief um rather than the complete opposite which is basically not believing that you can do it so I have also Built My Own table of intellectual property because I want to go fast and I know for this first couple of versions I just want to get it on my head because it's like a frustrating me and I just want to make my stamp and then for the second table I'll get people to help me with it as well so that's like another table.
That I've been building I've got too many tables foreign well I was wondering whether or not you wanted to speak Welsh as well because yeah what I've realized what I've realized is um for the next pod I'll just tease this in Tom and I are watching pause see you later.
