Make Passion Louder Than Anxiety
Courage does not require a quiet mind. It requires a reason to move that can speak more clearly than fear.

Do not wait for fear to leave
Anxiety often presents itself as a gatekeeper: once you feel calm, certain and confident, you may proceed. But some meaningful actions remain frightening precisely because they matter. Waiting for the feeling to disappear gives fear control over the timetable.
A more useful aim is not less feeling, but a stronger relationship with the reason you are moving.
Make the desire specific
“I want to be successful” is too vague to compete with a vivid fear of embarrassment. Name the person you want to help, the craft you want to practise or the life that becomes possible if you continue. Specific desire creates traction.
Write the feared outcome beside the hoped-for contribution. Let them share the page. Courage is not pretending the first column is empty; it is deciding the second column deserves action.
Lower the size of the next move
The nervous system struggles with projects that exist only as enormous futures. Reduce the next action until it is concrete: draft the opening, rehearse for ten minutes, ask one question or send one message.
Small actions do more than make progress. They teach your body that movement is survivable.
Carry fear; do not obey it
You may still notice the racing thoughts, the urge to delay and the imagined audience. Let them travel with you without letting them choose the route.
Passion does not have to erase anxiety. It only has to become the voice you practise following.
Don’t waste the hammer.
